Dear Customer,
If you change your mind about an order that you placed that has already been shipped, please refuse the box when the mailman delivers it. USPS will then return it to us without charging any additional postage.
We cannot accept any cream jars back if the shrink wrap has been torn.

If you have used a cream and are not happy with it, please do not return it. Just let us know and we will send you a refund for the cream, less the shipping charge.
